1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Rydo application or website (rydoapp.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Rydo is a ride-hailing platform that connects passengers with drivers. We act as an intermediary and do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Rydo.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use Rydo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. One account per person is allowed.

4. Ride Booking & Cancellation

When you book a ride, you enter into a direct arrangement with the driver. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in account restrictions.

5. Pricing & Payments

Fares are calculated based on base fare, distance, time, and applicable surge pricing. You agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking. Rydo supports UPI, cards, wallets, and cash payments.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, harass drivers or other users, provide false information, interfere with the app's operation, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Driver Requirements

Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance. Drivers undergo background verification. Rydo reserves the right to deactivate driver accounts for violations.

8. Safety

Rydo provides safety features including SOS, trip sharing, and driver verification. However, we do not guarantee the safety of any ride. Users should exercise reasonable caution.

9. Privacy

Your use of Rydo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy to improve our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rydo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
